At 4Sure Mold Removal, our written warranty backs every job we complete in Spanish Fork and the surrounding Utah County service area. Below is the full scope of what we cover and for how long.
Workmanship warranty — 24 months
Term: 24 months from job close-out.
Covers: drying, structural repairs, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and paint we performed as part of the restoration.
Remedy: if something fails because of our workmanship, we come back, open it up, and redo the affected work at no cost.
Mold warranty — 90 days
Term: 90 days from post-remediation clearance.
Covers: visible mold return in an area we remediated, caused by the same moisture source we dried.
Remedy: we reinspect and re-remediate at no cost.
Transferability
Both warranties transfer once to a new homeowner within the original 24-month workmanship window, with a signed transfer form.
